The 7th Annual 2009 Fremont Toyota Lander Brew Festival attracted a record crowd of about 3,000 people and a record number of brewers.

In a blind judging of the best Pilsners from 14 brewers, Snake River Jackson, took home the top honors and the Bronze Mash Paddle Trophy for their Blank Czech Pilsner.

 

In the People's Choice Award, Wind River Brewery of Pinedale, received 1st place for their Gale Force Pale Ale brew, while Altitude Chophouse & Brewery of Lander received 2nd place for their Mexican Chili Beer and Odell Brewing, Fort Collins, CO, received 3rd place for Odell IAP.

Thousands of visitors attended from surrounding states and enjoyed the food, music, fun and of course BEER! Lander is perfectly suited to host a brew fest. Located in western Wyoming at the base of the Wind River Mountains, visitors enjoy premier rock climbing, fishing and other outdoor activities before they cool down with a few frosty brews. CHEERS!
